2-day workshop for women on leadership development in Lisbon

This 2-day workshop aims to encourage self-discovery, improve practical skills and offer leadership strategies to master challenges in the workplace – including those related to gender.

The workshop will enable participants to reflect on their experiences and examine personal behaviours that may stand in their way. Strategies will be taught to support transformation efforts toward self-confidence.

There is a focus on:

• tackling gender-based challenges and strategies
• turning difficult conversations into opportunities
• negotiating with power
• dealing with conflict in the workplace
• personalised learning and development roadmaps

The workshop will be practical and experimental, combining theory with practical exercises, case studies, group discussion and more. By the end of the workshop, participants will know a number of techniques that can be applied to their daily work and improve their experiences.
