Kristine Leerbeck is a woman with an entrepreneurial mindset. She is also a woman on a mission: To empower talented women! After working 20 years in the corporate world, of which 15 were in the financial sector, and the last five years with ESG startups and impact investment funds, she recently leapt to become an entrepreneur. Determined to make a difference for herself – and other women – she co-founded Angella Invest. Here, she is on a mission to close the gender gap in business angel investing, where only 1/10 of investors are women, and only ~1% of capital is invested in female-founded startups. She works to promote more women investors in startup companies. And more women in entrepreneur-, board and leadership roles.
