A new financing programme dedicated to enterprising women was launched by BZ WBK Leasing in Poland. It is a response to the needs of female entrepreneurs, who have interesting ideas but lack capital for implementing them. The financing offered exclusively to women has been a novelty not just to the company but also to the whole Polish market. According to data of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), Poland belongs to the European Union’s leaders in terms of the growth of entrepreneurship among women. Poland’s result in the area is much higher than the EU average.
